Shipping policy

Free shipping
Every order ships free within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. Delivery can take longer during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Christmas delivery
For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, order by December 1. We can't guarantee holiday delivery dates.

Tracking
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email glowcurtainsupport@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
